How to Tell When Your Child is Getting Older

1. They need a bigger dinner plate to fit the increasingly larger portions they demand… and on which they sometimes leave a larger amount of leftovers!

2. If the leftover scenario above does not apply then their plate is licked cleaner than before and proves Homer Simpson was right in asking for ‘see through’ plates in order to view the television.

3. They leave a larger amount of crumbs in a triangular shape between their legs thus pointing to the position where the mucky culprit sat. The culprit of course, will have left in a sulk ages ago to play with their PS2, radio controlled gizmo, etc.

4. When washing/ironing their clothes you realise that they are almost the same size as your own and you pray there will be no case of mistaken apparel identity in the forthcoming wardrobe clothing allocations.
