The ROAR Volume Increases?

Another A5 leaflet from ROAR (Resident Objections to the Airport Regime) came through the letterbox at the weekend. I suppose because of its content I can legitimately call it a flyer. Anyway, it tells me they have nominated a ‘delegation’ of five to attend a meeting with the Airport to discuss the Draft Master Plan. I thought a delegation was something the UN or the Foreign Office sent to other countries, still I suppose it sounds more impressive than ‘a bunch of five concerned local residents’. It also intimates that at their next group meeting they have a guest speaker from the Campaign for the Protection of Rural England so it looks like they’re getting themselves organised, but no sign of a website yet.
